Yes — this is the core ICOS thesis. Most of our clients start on Anjouan or Nevis and graduate to Curaçao or MGA within 12–24 months. We credit 50% of your original application fee against the upgrade.
50% on signature, 50% on application submission. Monthly retainer begins the month after licence is granted. Regulator and third-party fees are invoiced separately at cost.
Full rejections are rare when we scope properly. If rejection occurs due to work we controlled, we refund the application fee. If rejection is due to operator-side issues (e.g. undisclosed convictions), fees are non-refundable but we credit 100% toward a resubmission or alternative jurisdiction.
